Refund policy

We guarantee your plants to arrive in good health. Should your plants arrive damaged or an issue arise with your order, please contact Bottoms Nursery immediately. All complaints must be made in writing with proper proof of your complaint (ie. Photos and any previous correspondence) within 5 days from receipt of plants. Upon proper proof of complaint, Bottoms Nursery will determine if a refund or replacement of plants is best suited to resolve the issue(s). Bottoms Nursery will have full discretionary freedom concerning complaints made after the 5 business days.


We exercise the greatest care possible to keep all varieties true to name, but should an error occur, we will replace such stock or refund the purchase price upon proper proof. In no case will we be liable for more than the amount of the original invoice. All orders are accepted contingent upon labor, strikes, hail, frost, fire, and any other cause beyond our control. We will not be liable for shortage of plants should the same occur.
