Lycium Barbarum; Goji Berry (3 Gallon Container)

 3 gallon container grown plant which can be purchased and planted year round.

Bright orange-red berries ranging 1/2 to 1 inch long, berries have a slight sweet with mildly tangy flavor. Berries can be eaten fresh, made into juice, wine or herbal tea, or dried and enjoyed as a snack like that of raisins. Shrub will grow approximately 8-10 foot in full sun. Has no known pest or disease problems and is highly tolerance to drought once established. Hardy in zones 5-9.

Goji berry or also known as the wolfberry is the fruit of the Lycium barbarum. Goji berries are claimed to be extremely nutritional and high in antioxidants. They are claimed to enhance the immune system and improve eyesight and circulation. Goji berries have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years.
