Small fruit with dotted bright red skin. Firm and juicy with reddish tinged flesh. Has excellent spicy flavor. Vigorous and a heavy bearer. Yates is a great pollinator. Ripens late. Originated in Fayette County, Georgia. Hardy in zones 6-9. (4-5 foot branched tree, bareroot)
